What can we offer you?
Emotional Triggers Treatment
Emotional Triggers Treatment (ETT) is a method developed specifically to help people clear the triggers that cause intense, unwanted negative emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, shame, etc. Unresolved negative emotions over time can cause PTSD, depression, anxiety, flashbacks, night terrors, issues sleeping, difficulty handling stress, relationship problems, chronic pain and other physical, mental and emotional outcomes that are undesirable. ETT is a treatment involving 2-5 sessions that will minimize or free individuals from these issues and unwanted feelings, especially those that interfere with happiness and daily functioning.
ETT was developed using a combination of theories, techniques, and other effective methodologies designed to clear trauma, triggers, and feelings of being “stuck” in unwanted thought and behavior patterns. The premise of ETT is Memory Reconsolidation, a relatively new discovery in neuropsychology that allows the brain to recode trauma allowing for memory of the event(s) without having to relive the feelings from the event(s). ETT uses relaxation exercises, guided imagery and interactive activities to help your mind update and resolve past issues.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is for those that want to achieve personal growth or change. From the process of self-exploration, one can identify what is and is not working in their life. We develop thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors based on the experiences we have, mostly in the interest of helping us cope with that which is in front of us. Sometimes we continue patterns long after we no longer need them and they no longer serve us without realizing it.
Our individual counselors will help guide you through a journey of self-discovery that will empower you towards the change you are seeking. In addition to identifying issues, developing coping skills, and finding new effective patterns to implement, we provide a safe environment and support towards the goal(s) you are seeking.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
We offer counseling that is paired with psychedelic medication for chronic pain, depression, PTSD, anxiety, OCD, and suicidal ideation. We are partnered with Medicina del Sol to offer therapy before, during, and after psychedelic treatments. Treatment medication is administered by a medical doctor in a controlled environment. We will work with you to establish specific intentions prior to the treatment, guide you through the treatment to ensure are having a focused and productive experience, and then help you process through the growth, change and desired outcome.

Individual and Marital Coaching
Coaching provides a slightly different approach than counseling. Coaching offers a more direct and task-oriented method of helping affect change. While counseling focuses more on healing the past, coaching looks to how to change today and the future. Together we will target on solution-focused techniques that help you to reach specific goals and motivate progress towards the future.
Counseling and coaching work well together in that one provides healing and freedom from past trauma and the other provides hope for the present and the future.
As a counselor and coach, I will meet my clients where they are at. Some days they need counseling and other days, they want to be coached. Because every person is unique, I cater my style to fit the needs/wants of the client.

Couples/Marriage Counseling
From my experience, most couple/married relationships suffer because it can be hard to communicate with each other. Good communication not only involves being able to express thoughts and feeling accurately, it also requires listening skills and an understanding of what filters we have established that might be interfering. In other words, the message sent may not be the message received. Most people do not receive formal training on how to effectively communicate. Instead, we tend to learn how to communicate by what was modeled for us in the culture and environment we are raised in. In the beginning of a relationship, we can easily overlook the confusion we experience but over time poor communication can cause strife and distance in the relationship.
As a couples/marriage counselor, my goal is the help both partners identify, understand, and change the relationship patterns that have not been working. Once we have implemented some ground rules about communication, we can then explore what actions and behaviors are occurring in the relationship that are causing hurt or pain. We then heal the relationship by implementing new ways and patterns that are more effective and provide deeper connection. My role as a counselor is to protect and be a voice for the relationship; keeping this mindset, prevents me from siding with one partner or another.
