Are you ready to explore a healthier, more authentic version of yourself as a man?
This 8-week online men’s group is designed for New Mexican men, ages 30–50, who want to
deepen self-understanding, challenge harmful stereotypes, and strengthen relationships.
October 2 – November 20
This group is limited to 10 participants.
Includes 2–3 one-on-one sessions.
Men are often told to “be tough” and “go through it alone.”
But real strength comes from authenticity, vulnerability, and connection.

Facilitators: Joaquin Orozco & Earl Cason
Joaquin Orozco, MS
Joaquin Orozco is a counseling intern. Joaquin provides individual, couples, and group counseling services navigating through substance abuse disorders, prolonged grief, anxiety, body image, toxic masculinity and sexual health issues.
Joaquin has a master’s in Nutrition, and has been an instructor for the UNM Psychology department, in psychedelics and cannabis. He has presented at Harvard’s Law School, the National Latinx Psychological Association, Southwest College of Santa Fe, and New Mexico Behavioral Health Providers Association. Joaquin is a military veteran, has three brothers and is a father.

Earl Cason, LMHC,MS​
Earl Cason is a licensed mental health counselor who brings both professional training and real-life experience to his work. He holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from NMSU and has worked with individuals, couples, and families on challenges ranging from trauma to relationship stress. Earl is a husband and a father, and he values creating a supportive space where people can show up honestly, without judgment. His approach blends mindfulness and holistic practices with down-to-earth conversations, helping people connect more deeply to themselves and the people they care about.
