3 intake sessions (1 hour each) conducted prior to the day of the retreat

Group meeting (~1 hour) with other participants the prior evening to go over rules/recommendations

One day retreat from 9 am to 3 pm

This is not intended for participants who want to have a purely recreational experience. We focus on trauma resolution and clearing of depression, anxiety, anger, guilt/shame, PTSD, frozen grief, phobias, addiction, relationship issues, etc.
